7 Transaction Overview ▪ Revlon Consumer Products Corporation (“RCPC”), the direct wholly - owned operating subsidiary of Revlon, Inc. COVID - 19 Impact Business Impact ▪ We anticipate a decline in net sales of approximately 16% in Q1 2020, which is consistent with guidance from our competitors.
