Item 5.02. Appointment of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 1, 2022, Beril Yildiz resigned from her role as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer & Controller of each of Revlon, Inc. (“Revlon”) and its direct, wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Revlon Consumer Products Corporation (“RCPC” and together with Revlon, the “Company”), effective September 21, 2022.  Ms. Yildiz’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s financial reporting, policies or practices.
