Item 5.02. Appointment of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On June 8, 2021, Pamela Bucher resigned from her role as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of each of Revlon, Inc. (“Revlon”) and its direct, wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Revlon Consumer Products Corporation (“RCPC” and together with Revlon, the “Company”), effective June 25, 2021.  Ms. Bucher is resigning to pursue another opportunity at a technology company. Victoria Dolan will serve as interim principal accounting officer of the Company effective June 25, 2021.
